Mom (from the other room): Yes?
ME: Did you know that you can’t call cell phone numbers from jail? It has to be a local land line?
Mom: What? Really?
ME: And not that I’m planning on it, by any means….but I was just thinking….now that you and Dad don’t have any land lines – who the heck am I gonna call if I’m ever in jail?! My friends only have cell phones too!
Mom: Oh gosh, I don’t know… They should really change that policy…..Wait – How did you know that??!
