I am going to be honest that I am more than a little appalled that Houston is getting a 24 hour cupcake ATM. My main complaint? That I know, I absolutely know that there’s a 2am mad dash to the Highland Village Sprinkles in my future for a “cupcake emergency.”
I’ve gone to Kroger at midnight for ice cream (damn those luscious-looking commercials!). I’ve driven to McDonald’s “after hours” for coffee. If there’s a possibility of getting good cupcakes in the middle of the night, I am eventually going to be in a situation where it’s a necessity.
At least I know that in advance.
By the way, Dallas got theirs before we did. Not sure how I feel about that.
