Daily log, February 16 — no new beginning

No gym for me this morning. I’ve come to realize that I can’t get up at 5am to go to the gym if I only had three hours of sleep. I’m just weird that way.

9 AM — breakfast was a couple of eggs over hard on a whole wheat tortilla. I think that’s going to be the standard for this week, until I go through my new groceries. Yes, the green Tabasco sauce was also used today.

1 PM — lunch was leftover Pei Wei orange chicken from Sunday’s get-together.

9 PM — dinner was leftover mixed grill fajitas from Sunday, with leftover macaroni and cheese. And that marks the end of the leftovers in my refrigerator.

Today’s menu wasn’t particularly healthy, but I still didn’t stray too far from my calorie count. I am expecting to do better (as I always expect).
