Daily log, February 20 — nothing new continues

I weighed myself this morning and I actually went down half a pound. Water weight, I know, but it’s always nice to see the scale go down.

9 AM — breakfast was two eggs in a whole wheat tortilla.

2 PM — since today I had class all day, I packed a peanut butter sandwich to snack on during class. I also had lots of water and some coffee.

I made tuna helper for lunch at the apartment.

8 PM — dinner was two double cheeseburgers from McDonald’s with a diet Dr Pepper.

I managed to go to the gym and do a 1.25 hr workout, even though my trainer canceled our appointment together.
