Daily log, February 26 — a very shrimp day

Went to the gym early this morning. When I go to the gym I basically concentrate on doing the cardio needed, and I mix in some circuit training,

9 AM — breakfast was a package of Weight Watchers quesadillas with some extra protein in the form of sautéed ground beef.

2 PM — lunch was two crispy shrimp tacos from Berry Hill with a side salad. Not the healthiest thing I could eat, but have you ever tried the crispy shrimp tacos from Berry Hill? They’re worth the calorie count.

9 PM — dinner was shrimp soup, homemade by Mom.
