Daily log, March 4 — keeping on track, except for exercise

Once again didn’t go to the gym.

9 AM — breakfast was a sausage, egg and cheese burrito I made at home. Heavy on the sausage and eggs, very light on the cheese.

11:30 AM — I didn’t have a midnorning snack.

1 PM — lunch was the salmon platter at Cafe Express, with a side salad. Yummy and lots of protein.

3:30 PM — midafternoon snack was a protein shake.

9 PM — dinner was homemade macaroni and cheese (tried a recipe that needs a lot of work). I had the last of the turkey from yesterday.
