Once again didn’t go to the gym.
11 AM — breakfast was a grilled cheese sandwich and coffee.
11:30 AM — I didn’t have a midnorning snack.
2 PM — lunch was two shrimp tostadas and some fries from TaquerÃa Arandas.
4 PM — I didn’t have a midafternoon snack.
8 PM — dinner was homemade Tuna helper — whole wheat pasta, a basic white sauce with cheddar added, canned tuna, with onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Very tasty.
