I started to monitor my food today, again. Notice that I didn’t say that I was beginning a new diet, but just writing down what I eat. I’m hoping that having to write down what I consume is going to make me mor mindful of the quantities and quality of the food in question.
However I have also decided that I’m not going to bore you with the point-by-point details of what I’m doing every day. I will simply share my little challenges and victories.
