Diet Update — January 12

10 AM — had a breakfast meeting today at Coffee Groundz. I had a skinny latte and a sausage/egg/cheese breakfast wrap. Yummy food, but will need to make sure I watch what I eat for the rest of the day.

2 PM — met a friend for lunch at California Pizza Kitchen. I had a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. I thought that was a safe bet. After checking the calorie count as listed on The Daily Plate, I realize that I would have been better getting the Asparagus Soup.

9 PM — I had leftovers from last night’s dinner for dinner tonight. Grilled chicken topped with sauteed spinach in garlic sauce with a touch of pesto (no cheese tonight). A side order of sliced fresh tomato with a vinaigrette dressing.
