Latin Grammys come to Houston

Tacuba, Venegas, Guzman to perform at Latin Grammys

The Latin Grammys are less than a month away, and big names are beginning to materialize on the RSVP list.

Leading nominee Café Tacuba heads up the first round of acts scheduled to perform at the ninth annual ceremony, happening Nov. 13 at the Toyota Center in Houston. Also on the roster are Julieta Venegas, Kany García, rock diva Alejandra Guzmán, salsero Gilberto Santa Rosa and merengue queen Olga Tañón.

Confirmed to present awards are nominees Ednita Nazario, Ximena Sariñana, and Tito El Bambino; nine-time Latin Grammy winner Juan Luis Guerra and actors Daniela Castro, César Evora, and Eduardo Santamarina.

The show will be broadcast live, 7-10 p.m. on the Univision Network.
