private domain name registrations

I’ve been using GoDaddy and DreamHost almost since I began creating my own projects online. One of the features GoDaddy offers is the ability to register a domain name and keep your private information private. Now DreamHost is offering the same service in their registrations.

This means that when you register a new domain, transfer a domain to us, or modify your WHOIS info, you’ll be given the option to use our privacy feature instead of your personal contact information.

Good news. I hope this is a trend to making more info private, rather than more info public. Whichever you choose, I’ve been very happy with both companies.
