I know that life in a non-profit looks like all sunshine and rainbows (you hear the sarcasm, right?), but it may not be a good fit for you. - Why do you really want to make this move?
- How do you feel about your current nonprofit involvements, whether as a volunteer or board member?
- What do others think of your plans to switch sectors?
