Pasadena Mayor John Manlove says he plans to push for smoking restrictions in restaurants and red-light cameras at busy intersections as goals for his second term in office.
Kemah’s prohibition on smoking in restaurants took effect May 1. Houston’s ban on smoking in indoor dining areas goes into effect Sept. 9.
