Time article, can reading help kids lose weight?

Time Magazine has an interesting article about a study that tracked weight loss in tween-age girls. The girls who were given a book to read with a main character who made healthy lifestyle choices were found to emulate the well-liked character and lose more weight than the ones who didn’t. Interesting. So peers influence outcome, even if the peer is fictitious.
