Yahoo, Telemundo combine for Spanish-language services

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will merge staff and share advertising revenue, but neither will make any equity investment in the other.
Yahoo said the move will let advertisers more easily reach Hispanics in the United States, an estimated audience of more than 11.5 million people.
Yahoo Telemundo will include content offerings tailored to first, second and third generation Hispanics through Spanish-language, bilingual and English-language content sections.
